Strength

The union of the two components ensures high fracture resistance of the secondary structure, thanks to anaerobic cement bonding onto the primary metal bar.
This way, any stresses caused by structural adaptation to the implants are absorbed by the metal, while the aesthetic part—significantly more fragile—is milled in one piece and passively bonded to the bar, without experiencing lateral stress or misfitting.

Design and Laboratory

Once the design and separation of the structure are completed, the aesthetic part CORE FILE will be available for in-house production or alternatively can be manufactured by New Ancorvis.

Highlights

The production of the primary bar is always handled by New Ancorvis, ensuring faithful adherence to external volumes, maximum precision on implant connections, and the possibility of separate prosthesis fabrication.
