The flagship of New Ancorvis productions is certainly the manufacturing of dental structures using the Cad-Cam system, either from models or from files, with advanced milling technology.
Using 3D printing technology, we produce models for implant-supported prostheses with specific analogs and removable soft resin gingiva, antagonist models, surgical guides, models for cemented prostheses with removable abutments and dedicated CAD parameters, biocompatible orthodontic splints, orthodontic models, and bone biomodels. We also perform functional aesthetic trials on cemented and screw-retained structures.
Devices produced using hybrid manufacturing, combining the advantages of additive manufacturing (Laser Melting) and selective milling in a single product.
