NEW ANCORVIS IMPLANT LIBRARIES
New Ancorvis offers its customers – totally free of charge – an updated library kit and over 500 implant platforms for the production of abutment, bars, crowns and screwed bridges.
These libraries can be installed with all of the major modelling software (if equipped with an implant module) and, as of version 2017, include several new features:
- The modelling of angled screw channel on all implant design variants (single, bridges, screw-retained, for bonding);
- A wide choice of options for bonding technique: link height, screw hole diameter, tilting of the access channel, various coupling tolerances between links and prosthetic parts (very useful, for example, for customers who decide to make the prosthesis in the laboratory, using 4 or 5 axis milling machines, and purchase the screw links separately).
Effective site of the analogue for the design of digital models to be created using 3D printing (at New Ancorvis or directly in the Laboratory, at the discretion of the technician).
- Real implant connections for laboratory milling of screwed bridges. Abutments or Zirconia screwed-crowns. The customer is free to create internally the semi-finished product, or to send the file to New Ancorvis using the dedicated web platform.
These libraries can be installed with all of the major modelling software (equipped with an implant module) currently on the market:

* including OPEN format proprietary systems that support the software
** DWOS libraries will be available starting in 2018
New Ancorvis also guarantees appropriate user training, by organising ad hoc courses aimed at learning scanning procedures (specific for implant prosthesis) and the fields of application of the kit installed.
Note that use of these libraries is reserved for those who already own an implant module, installed in the CAD system used in the laboratory.

SQ Libraries, based on an abutment scan line in sandblasted Aluminium alloy.
HQ Libraries, based on a line of abutment scan in Peek with grade 5 Tritium parts.
Intra-oral Oral Scan Specifications:
AQ Libraries, based on a line of grade 5 Titanium abutment scans
HQ_IO Libraries, based on a line of abutment scans in Peek with grade 5 Titanium parts.
