New Ancorvis has designed a line of laboratory analogues specific for applications deriving from intra-oral scans.

  • the cylindrical shape with a polygonal base guarantees a high repositioning accuracy on the model obtained via 3D printing, while making it easy to insert and secure.
  • the lower tightening using a threaded screw considerably improves reusablity on several Clinical Cases, since the bonding of the analogue on the model is no longer mandatory (although in some cases it is recommended).
  • New Ancorvis analogues are supported by the intra-oral implant library kit 2015 and 2017 (HQ-IO and Advanced AQ lines only). In the kit 2017 and limited to the AQ line, the implant libraries feature the real analogue housing. In this way the Customer can choose whether to manufacture the model directly at the Laboratory via 3D printing (and purchase the analogue separately) or entrust the entire production process (3D printing of the model and assembly of the analogues) to New Ancorvis.
  • The range of analogues for digital models is constantly updated and can be viewed on the Implant System 2015 and Implant System 2017 tables for intra-oral scan-abutments.

SLY SYSTEM LINE FOR SCREW-RETAINED TECHNIQUE

New Ancorvis converters for screw-retained technique - Sly System line - available in the rotating and non-rotating version, for individual abutments, for single elements and bridges, are made of grade 5 Titanium and are designed in such a way that no cement is required, also thanks to the activated sectioned engagement.

These types of connectors, which allow for the structure to be secured directly to the implant without using any type of cement, can also be used for in-house Cad-Cam productions and allow for the management of the inclined screw channel method.

By using Sly System Line converters it is possible to achieve results with a strong aesthetic appeal, while guaranteeing high coupling precision and an unchanged tightening torque compared to metal.

LINK-IN SYSTEM LINE FOR BONDING TECHNIQUE

The Link-In System Line bonding links offered by New Ancorvis have always guaranteed high precision and quality materials, in an extremely wide (and ever-growing) range of implant connections.
The new products in the catalogue and the renewed implant libraries of 2017 extend and simplify the field of application of this system.
Here are the advantages:
The trefoil profile of the cannula ensures two advantages: a certain and unambiguous position on the housing of the prosthetic part and an extremely accurate link-prosthesis coupling, while leaving plenty of space for the anaerobic cement for an even distribution

The link reserves 7mm in height for cement and the millimetre notches allow for this value to be customised depending on the requirements of the prosthesis (e.g. limited vertical spaces).

The New Ancorvis line of conical converters has been designed and developed by New Ancorvis to provide an accurate and effective solution for multiple screw-retained structures, designed for specific cases:

Immediate Load prostheses;

complete rehabilitations with minimal surgical impact (prostheses on 4 or 6 implants);

patients with reduced bone availability that can lead the Clinician to position the implants with pronounced disparallelisms (even in the distal direction) and may cause difficult management during the prosthetic phase.

New Ancorvis conical converters exploit a single output connection, to the benefit of subsequent prosthetic design and of the portfolio of the third-party components.

Compatible with various implant platforms, made of grade 5 Titanium, and with dedicated screws.

Available in many variants: straight, inclined 17° and 30° differentiated gingival height (1.0 / 2.5 / 4.0 / 5.5 mm )
