The V4 SYSTEM was created in response to the need to simplify the daily activity of our customers with smart and easy to use products.
The system revolves around the evolution of our traditional bonding connector in order to make it, in all respects, a multitasking component capable of responding to various requirements thanks to the accessories, in relation to the different needs, that accompany it.

Our prosthetic components are a series of processes resulting from design, production and testing which have been perfected and tested over time in order to guarantee the production of compatible components which have the same features as the original components. The core of the design stage lies in the accurate and systematic study of the production of the original implant companies, supported by the information obtained through standard tests to evaluate the fatigue resistance of the components, simulating and stressing how they behave when in use. The choice of fully biocompatible materials guarantees exceptional quality to the user and end patient, contributing to the success and durability of the prosthetic project. CE marking of the entire Gemini Line indicates the conformity of the medical devices produced and all the business processes involved, designed as part of a Quality System compliant with the ISO 13485:2016 standard

It is very useful to be able to choose the component with the most suitable transmucosal route right from the impression stage, so the technician receives the component which is ready for the final work. The assembled V4 Pick Up can be deemed disposable with the advantage that the connection will not run the risk of becoming worn through repeated use
Plus: the coating of the transfer body in various colours, combined with laser screen printing, enables fast and accurate identification of the V4 Pick Up family to be used for your system

The V4 Lego component showcases all its potential with V4 Lego Bar
For temporary prostheses with immediate loading, the V4 Lego Bar allows you to rapidly create a reinforcement structure by assembling titanium and SLM cobalt-chrome components with characteristics that are capable of managing most clinical cases.
