Art. 7 Verification, notification of defects, rights in case of defects, warranty conditions - UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2021
7.1 In the event of a purchase, the Buyer is required to declare in writing, within eight working days of delivery, any defects of any nature, excluding hidden ones, indicating the batch number and the file structure number.
7.3 In the event of defects found in the product, New Ancorvis can choose whether to perform the service by repairing or eliminating the defect found, or by supplying a new defect-free product. If the choice is made to eliminate the defect, New Ancorvis will be responsible for all the costs necessary to eliminate the defect, in particular transportation costs, except in the case where these expenses derive from the fact that the goods have been sent to a place other than the place of fulfilment. In the event of a replacement being provided, New Ancorvis may require the Buyer to return the faulty product, which must take place within 7 working days, by courier with the related shipping document attached, provided that the product has not been used, tampered with and/or contaminated by body fluids. In these circumstances, instead of returning it, the Buyer will be permitted to send a photograph, showing the quality and clarity such as to allow the defect to be identified: otherwise, New Ancorvis will not be liable for any defect, and will remain free from every obligation. It is also possible to send the photographic documentation instead, certifying the defect declared, in the event that shipping proves excessively costly (for example, in the case of customs duties being applied), subject to this being specifically and comprehensively requested by the Buyer and New Ancorvis providing authorisation to do so. If New Ancorvis is unwilling or unable to proceed with the repair/replacement, or if the repair/replacement fails at least twice, the Buyer has the right to choose to withdraw from the contract or to opt for a reduction in the purchase price if they do not consider further attempts to eliminate the defect to be successful. If the defect is minor, the customer can withdraw from the contract only with the prior consent of New Ancorvis.
7.5 New Ancorvis provides a 10-year warranty for the semi-finished product designed and manufactured using cad-cam technology, in the following materials: Zirconium (Z01 to Z13), Cobalt Chrome (C01, C02, C05), and Titanium (T01, T02).
7.5.1 The warranty recognised by New Ancorvis is limited to two years in the case of semi-finished products designed and manufactured using cad-cam technology in the following materials: S01 Lithium Disilicate - S02 Lithium Silicate - S04 Glass Ceramic - S05 Hybrid Ceramic - S03 Nano Ceramic Resin - S06 Hybrid Ceramic - S07 Composite Resin - S08/S17 Ambarino HC/ML Composite - S09 Glass Fibre - S10 Peek - S13 TechnoPolymer Alum.
7.5.2 The warranty recognised by New Ancorvis is limited to one year in the case of semi-finished products designed and manufactured using cad-cam technology in the following materials: Ergal aluminium, PMMA, 3D printing resins
7.5.3 Semi-finished products made of the following materials are excluded from the two-year warranty: P01 Aluminium - S12/S14/S15/S16/R06 - R02 Resins for Surgical Guide - R03 Resins for Models - R05 Resins for Gums - R07 Resins for Abutments - R04 Resin for Splint
7.12 In the event of production defects and related breakages, the report must be made to the Customer Service office at New Ancorvis so that it can communicate with the implant company. For this purpose it is necessary to provide: The batch number of the defective component (contained in the processing datasheet) file number and delivery date for processes carried out by sending files; delivery note for work carried out by sending the model; The return of the defective material is mandatory, except in cases where it is not provided.

7.1 In the event of a purchase, the Buyer is required to declare in writing, within 90 (ninety) working days from delivery, any defects of any nature, excluding hidden ones, indicating the date of purchase, the code, the quantity and the batch number, also specifying the defect found.
7.3 In the event of defects being found in the product, the faulty product must be returned by the Buyer within 7 working days with the related written request to the New Ancorvis Customer Service, with the shipping document attached. New Ancorvis will then supply a new product to replace the faulty one, at no additional cost to the Buyer.
In all cases of authorised returns, the product must be returned accompanied by the relevant packaging. In the absence of said packaging or if the packaging is damaged (dirty, broken, missing a label, or with a tampered label), the items subject to return will not be accepted. Under no circumstances will the return of discontinued Products be allowed. For the return to be accepted, the products to be returned must be accompanied by a delivery note (DDT) containing the Article Code, Batch Number, Quantity, Invoice Number or DDT or Purchase Order, and the reason for the return

7.5. New Ancorvis offers a 2-years warranty for the Class I products.
New Ancorvis offers a lifetime warranty for the Class IIA and IIB products.
