Production and shipping within 24 hours for dental prostheses
Solves cases of non-ideal implant positioning in the frontal sector

The flagship of New Ancorvis productions is certainly the manufacturing of dental structures using the Cad-Cam system, either from models or from files, with advanced milling technology.

Using 3D printing technology, we produce models for implant-supported prostheses with specific analogs and removable soft resin gingiva, antagonist models, surgical guides, models for cemented prostheses with removable abutments and dedicated CAD parameters, biocompatible orthodontic splints, orthodontic models, and bone biomodels. We also perform functional aesthetic trials on cemented and screw-retained structures.

Devices produced using hybrid manufacturing, combining the advantages of additive manufacturing (Laser Melting) and selective milling in a single product.

Production of structures and models for orthodontics

With an operational model based on technological innovation, collaboration with dental opinion leaders, and scientific research, New Ancorvis, through its Medical Division, establishes itself as a strategic reference partner for next-generation dental implantology, entirely guided by digital workflows. Our consolidated experience and the integration of advanced digital processes allow the development of high-precision dental devices, designed to support professionals at every stage of surgical treatment, ensuring operational accuracy, clinical reliability, and seamless integration with the patient’s anatomy.

The integration of scanbodies into full digital workflows represents a strategic advancement in modern prosthetic dentistry.

Open the software and select the scanbody alignment icon, marked in green.
Fill in the dedicated fields: Patient Name, Doctor Name, for better work organization.
Click the blue checkmark to start the conversion
Right-click inside the Projects panel, select Import, and upload the STL scan file to be converted
Click on the imported file highlighted in blue to view the scene
Click on Family and select “New Ancorvis library,” then specify the scanbody used for the scan. Can’t find your library? Don’t worry—you can request an immediate implementation!
Once the library is displayed, confirm the selection and perform the alignment.
Place the markers on the surface of the scanbody and match the same positions on the library.
Directly position the multi-unit abutment (MUA) using the implant-level scanbody; design the provisional aesthetic prosthesis trial directly within the CAD without the need for additional scans; access integrated libraries to view the MUA.
Measures gingival height to select the appropriate component or request a customized component.
Evaluates the inclination of the MUA, checks the axes, and ensures parallelism between implants.
